The full hydraulic multi-functional drilling rig is mainly used in construction, highway, bridge, water conservancy, hydropower, mining, tunnel engineering and other industries. It is used for foundation surveying holes, deep foundation pit anchoring holes, foundation reinforcement holes, road and dam foundation reinforcement holes, drainage holes, open quarry blastholes, small wells and foundation piles.

Main structure and characteristics of drilling rig

1. Set a variety of rig functions in one. It can realize various drilling processes such as mud pump positive circulation drilling, air DTH hammer (pneumatic impactor) drilling and rotary jetting; it can increase the dozing function and complete the site dressing by itself.

2. Use load sensitive multi-way valve. It has the function of proportional distribution of flow rate independent of load pressure, precise micro-motion control, excellent proportional characteristics, high efficiency and energy saving.

3. The transmission is stable, the noise is low, the operation is concentrated, convenient, labor-saving, safe and reliable.

4. The crawler chassis is loaded, and it is convenient and quick to walk and move.

5. The main arm can be lifted up and down, and the rig is slipped on the carriage and has good stability.

6. The carriage can swing back and forth on the main arm seat to realize the inclined hole drilling, and the dial is equipped with a dial to conveniently display the drilling inclination angle.

7. The power head moves into a cylinder chain double speed mechanism and has a double chain balance mechanism.

8. The power head is equipped with two-speed manual shifting, and the shifting range is wide, which can meet the requirements of various strata and different drilling processes. The power head has a spindle floating function and can be steplessly regulated.
